Applications
Welcome to the application page! For your convenience, we've provided both a simple and a complex template you can use, depending on your comfort with HTML coding (borrowed from this page if you'd like to see how it looks and make your own tweaks and edits). You can submit your application with your own personalized template as well, so long as it contains all of the necessary information found on the simple form below. Your application also serves as your profile and permissions post, so you have no additional forms to fill out once your character has been accepted into the game.
Applications are always open, so you may submit an app at any time. Please allow the mods at least one week to review your applications. We request that you fill out the application in your character's journal and link it to us, rather than putting all of the information into the comments below.

Name: [Your character's name. While you may want to choose a name suitable for your character's kingdom of origin, this isn't strictly necessary as people have married, moved, or have parents that enjoy giving their kids quirky/unique names.]
Age: [Must be at least 18 to be a student at Beacon Academy, and at least 25 to be a teacher. Please choose an age that would make sense for your character's role and occupation.]
Birthday: [You can use normal months or the Remnant months, people will get the gist either way.]
Gender: [Self-explanatory.]
Species: [Human, Faunus, eldritch abomination, etc.]
STATUS
Team: [Your team name if applicable. If not, delete this line.]
Residence: [Where your character currently lives.]
Occupation: [Your character's job. If they're a student, list that here.]
Inventory: [Items your character normally carries on their person along with any other noteworthy possessions such as a pet or vehicle.]
Relationships: [A quick summary of the significant relations in this person's life, such as family, significant others, enemies, etc. If their relations include any noteworthy NPCs or characters belonging to other players, make sure to get the appropriate permissions first before submitting an application.]

Visual: [A link to a picture, if you have one.]

Build: [Muscular, slim, stocky, etc.]
Hair: [Color and style]
Eyes: [Color and noteworthy traits]
Features: [Any other noteworthy physical features, such as scars, prosthetics, tattooes, etc.
Attire: [The type of clothing your character typically prefers/wears.]
Weapons: [Describe your character's weapon(s). Was it made by the character? Does it have any special attributes? Does it have a name?]
Voice Sample: [A link to a clip with a voice sample of what your character sounds like. Optional!]
BACKGROUND
Home: [Your character's place of origin, or nationality.]
Family: [Characters related to yours, and how this impacted your character's background. You can provide more detail here than in the 'Relationships' section above.]
In-Depth History: [Please provide a detailed account of your character's background, and the events that shaped them into the person they are now. This should be at least one good sized paragraph, but more is always preferred.]
PERSONALITY
Likes: [A short list of your character's favorite things, such as food, colors, animals, personality types, etc.]
Dislikes: [A short list of things your character dislikes, such as pet peeves.]
Virtues: [A list of 3-5 of your character's best qualities. No need for details!]
Vices: [A list of 3-5 of your character's weaknesses and worst habits. No need for details!]
Values: [The primary motivator(s) for your character. No need for details!]
Hobbies: [What your character does for fun!]
Morality: [A quick summary of your character's ethical standing. Are they a hero? Vigilante? How bad can they be?]
In-Depth Personality: [Now you can provide all the details you want to expand upon the qualities listed above. How do they interact with others? How do they work as a team member/schoolmate/etc.? Do they have a moral code?]
ABILITIES
Specialty: [If your character has a special ability in addition to their aura and/or semblance (such as a Summoner, Tamer, Elementalist, or Shifter), list it here. No character should have more than two specialties, and no more than one rare specialty.]
Semblance: [Describe your character's semblance, and give it a name! Make sure your Semblance has limitations or drawbacks, as we will reject any Semblance deemed to be too powerful or game-breaking.]
Skills: [List any additional skills your character has, such as diplomacy, martial arts, being good at sports, etc. Be ready to describe how your character got that skill if it seems at odds with your character's education and background.]OOC Section
PERMISSIONS
Backtagging: [Yes/No - For all fields below, you may add conditional statements for allowance if you like, but only a Yes or a No is required. Are you willing to continue writing out threads? Is there a certain time limit where you're less inclined to do so?]
Threadjacking: [Are other characters allowed to jump into a current thread?]
Romance: [Are you open to romance options with your character?]
Mindreading: [Are people with telepathic or empathic Semblances able to pick things up from your character?]
Manipulation: [Either through coercion or Semblance power!]
Fighting: [Can other characters try to fight yours?]
Injury: [Are you willing to let your character be injured?]
Killing: [Does your character carry any death flags? Mods and villains may contact you privately to plot out a tragic death scene if so. Potential teammates and CR should be aware of this as a possible outcome if your character has a death flag attached to their profile. You do not have to agree to your character being killed, but if you're open to the possibility, let that flag fly.]
